Work alongside StateCF on Florida Invest Local offerings: issuer readiness reviews, market comparables from SEC EDGAR, and investor education content.
You will help review issuer applications for completeness, build comparable-raise research from public SEC filings, support Capital Formation Learning Day classes, and document the offering workflow under Chapter 517. Interns are not a sales force and do not solicit investors.

Law Intern — Florida Securities Compliance
Support the compliance calendar for § 517.0611 and § 517.0612 offerings: OFR notice filings, bad-actor screening, disclosure checklists.
You will track OFR REAL filing deadlines, prepare bad-actor screening files under § 517.0616, review disclosure statements against the twelve required elements, and maintain the compliance calendar. Work is supervised by counsel.

Help run Capital Formation Learning Day and the Florida Formation Weekend: curriculum, logistics, and issuer follow-up.
You will coordinate class logistics with Capital Forge League, prepare workbooks and checklists, and follow up with attendees who want to open a company account. Education only; no securities are offered in class.
